Dear Coach:

Congratulations on earning a bid to The Cheerleading Worlds/The Dance Worlds 2025! You're one step closer to competing on All Star's most prestigious floor with the most outstanding athletes in All Star. This year marks the 21st year of The Cheerleading Worlds and the 18th year of The Dance Worlds. We're proud to have you join this USASF tradition! Please continue to read and take the following actions to stay updated on all things Worlds-related.

STEP 1: The Bid Process
You've received a bid. Now what?
Your accepted bid is visible on the dashboard of your USASF club portal. If you choose to compete for an upgraded bid, no further action is needed. However, if your team competes for a similar bid (from at-large to at-large or from partial-paid to partial-paid), you must officially decline the original bid by 11 pm EST on the Friday night before the event begins. Refer to the Registration Information & Competition Guidelines, page 6 (CHEER) and page 7 (DANCE), for the bid decline process.

STEP 2: Take Action
Review the Registration Information & Competition Guidelines.
Registration is now open. Complete the registration process by the deadlines noted in the Registration Information & Competition Guidelines found at TheCheerleadingWorlds.net and TheDanceWorlds.net.

Visit the Worlds Coach Hub.
Use the Worlds Coach Hub as your checklist as you prepare for Worlds. Bookmark these links and check back often as content will be updated regularly!

Are your Worlds cheer coaches credentialed?
Worlds cheer teams are required to have a coach, or combination of coaches, with credentials in building and tumbling up to the team's level. Learn more about credentialing requirements at BID EVENTS and at WORLDS in The Cheerleading Worlds Registration Packet & Competition Guidelines or contact your USASF regional director

Ensure your athletes have proper ID.
All Worlds athletes, including last-minute reserves and those below driving age, must possess government-issued photo IDs (driver’s license, state ID, military ID, passport or visa). Obtaining an ID may take several weeks, so encourage your parents to plan ahead. Photo IDs are not required for Exceptional Athletes.

Plan your roster verification appointment.
All Worlds roster verification appointments in Orlando will be held April 23-25, 9am-6pm. No appointments will be offered nor rosters approved Saturday, April 26. You will receive an email in March from your USASF regional director regarding the scheduling process.
