Congratulations! You're headed to The Cheerleading and Dance World Championships 2025! Several important steps with specific deadlines need to be completed, all outlined in the checklist linked below. Please download, print and follow each step to stay on track.
Step 1: Submit ALL required documents and schedule your roster verification appointment. Deadline: April 5
Step 2: Create your Worlds team roster(s). Deadline: April 15
Step 3: Print required paperwork for each team and bring to your roster verification appointment:
- Worlds Team Roster
- Compliance Cover Sheet & Club Summary
- Agreement of Compliance signed by all athletes and coaches
- Completed waiver for each athlete
Step 4: Meet with a Worlds official for approximately 20 minutes in Orlando to review, sign and turn in your printed documents.

- Warm-up room entry requirements for coaches, club owners and personnel.
- Credentialing requirements for cheer coaches.
- ID requirements for athletes.
- USASF ID card instructions for coaches and personnel.
- Legality review submission deadline.
If you need assistance, please reach out to your USASF Regional Director who is here to make your journey to Worlds as smooth as possible. After submitting your required forms, your regional director will contact you within four business days to confirm the date, time and location of your roster verification appointment.
