HOTEL GUESTS As stated in your signed Worlds Agreement of Compliance, please be respectful to those around you, not every guest is on your schedule. During the QUIET HOURS (10pm - 8am), guests shall be considerate and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity. Voices, televisions, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. Congregating or running in the halls is not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to celebrating the beauty and athleticism of All Star with you this weekend! | |
MEET YOUR JUDGES The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds judges are often those nominated by member Event Producers who send bid-winning teams to Worlds and/or are judges in good standing who have previously judged the Worlds event. Applicants must confirm their ability to sit on the judging panel based upon established criteria and must undergo an approved background check, complete athlete abuse prevention education, and sign a statement of confidentiality and ethical behavior as a person serving in any Worlds judging capacity. SAFETY CHAMPIONS Remember, there must be ONE Safety Champion per team other than the head coach who is at least 18 years of age. Before arrival in Orlando, please: - WATCH the Safety Champion video,
- SHARE all safety information and protocols with everyone from your team, as well as all friends and family who will be in Orlando, and
Once in Orlando COLLECT the Safety Champion button to wear throughout the event (coaches will receive buttons at registration) to identify you as the official liaison between your team, spectators and the Worlds staff should any safety concerns arise. | |
